This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the gtr35 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or accessing any part of the gtr35 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and gtr35 as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use this platform under the laws applicable in Malaysia. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
Your continued use of this platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one gtr35 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. gtr35 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including support staff.
- Use a unique password that is difficult to guess.
- Report any suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
Gtr35 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, account security also depends on responsible practices on the user's end.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a gtr35 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any action intended to manipulate or deceive the platform's systems.
- Using another person's account or impersonating another individual.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without prior written consent from management.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activities.
- Spreading false information or harassing other users through the platform.
Gtr35 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. gtr35 makes no representations regarding the legality of its use outside the designated jurisdictions.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the gtr35 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, Boost, and international bank transfers listed under the deposit section of your account.
Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits are subject to verification by our system. Funds are typically available in your account within the timeframe stated during the transaction, though gtr35 cannot guarantee exact processing times as these depend on third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the gtr35 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved. gtr35 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal and may place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if suspicious activity is detected.
All winnings will be automatically credited to your account balance. gtr35 is not responsible for any fees or charges levied by your bank or payment service provider during the withdrawal process.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Gtr35 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Gtr35 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms stated herein, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Account balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software available on the gtr35 platform are the exclusive property of gtr35 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
